Lwando Somhlahlo
Lwando is a multi-faceted, multi-dimensional, and visionary Wits School of accounting graduate and entrepreneur. His undergraduate Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in management accounting, auditing, and taxation from Wits University was completed in January 2007. Since 2005, Lwando has personally registered, advised, and made amendments to a vast array of new and existing companies and close cooperations (CCs) both in his personal capacity as a freelance business consultant as well as under his newly formed Rayglen Capital business consulting practice.
Lwando is accredited with the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) (formerly Financial Services Board) having attained his RE: Representatives exams. Lwando has worked for the following organizations in different capacities: Nedbank Corporate (PIC account), RMB Private Bank/FNB Private Clients, IBM South and Central Africa, Mohlala Holdings (a start-up private equity boutique focussing on healthcare investments), a Shell South Africa franchise operation, Liberty Group (Sales and Distribution) and Sanlam Life.

Leilanie Somhlahlo
Leilanie has over 12 years of experience in development research with a specialisation in monitoring and evaluation and youth-related research. She has proven experience in the areas of project and contract management, skills development facilitation, and grants disbursement. She has acquired these experiences whilst working in the non-governmental (NGO), parastatal, and academic sectors.
Her work as a skills development facilitator provided her with invaluable networks in the public, private and NGO sectors. Leilanie acquired a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and Masters of Philosophy in Community and Development at the University of Stellenbosch.
