Annual returns
All companies registered in South Africa are required to submit an annual return to the Companies and Intellectual Properties Commission (CIPC). This submission requires a fee to be paid by CIPC by your business. Extra charges and penalties are added by CIPC if your annual return is submitted late. Rayglen Capital offers this service of submission and payment of your CIPC fees. Our fees do not include late payment penalties. Any additional fees incurred by our business will be added to your quote.
If companies’ annual turnover is R1m or less
